من نحن

A maker and a buyer in one team. Part of what we sell comes out of our own production; the rest is sourced through a purchasing team that has been buying branded merchandise since 2018.

That is what lets one order cover a whole list — an event kit, a welcome pack, a giveaway — instead of the buyer having to assemble it from several suppliers.

Guangzhou, China

What we are

A production base, a purchasing team, one order.

Three parts of one business, and a customer deals with the same company whichever part a product comes from.

  1. Own production

Lanyards, webbing and printed webbing, some neoprene items and mouse pads, embroidered patches and badges, PVC labels and soft PVC items, and embroidered or PVC keychains. This is where the company started and it is still the base of the range.

  2. An established supply chain

A three-person purchasing team buys what our own production does not cover: apparel, caps, bags, drinkware, umbrellas, towels, office and tech items, and promotional gifts.

  3. One project, one plan

The items are handled as one order: one brief, one artwork review, one colour reference, one production follow-up and one delivery plan, whether the list is three products or a whole event.

Both sides are managed as one order: an item is quoted from whichever side actually supplies it, and one company carries the order from artwork to delivery.

How we got here

From branded accessories to a full merchandise list.

Where the range came from, and what the order pattern looks like now.

  1. 2014

    The company is founded

Guangzhou Lovecolour Promo Gift Co., Ltd. starts out on its own invested production: lanyards, webbing and printed webbing items, and embroidery and PVC products.

  2. 2018

    A purchasing and service department

Customers kept asking for more items on the same order, so apparel, caps, drinkware, bags, umbrellas, office supplies and tech gifts were added to the range. A dedicated promotional products purchasing and service team was set up to run that work.

  3. Today

    Multi-product projects

Single items are still taken, and multi-product and integrated supply chain projects are the main order pattern. Building that integration further is where the business is pointed, rather than claiming every product as our own.

The team on a project

Four roles, one order you can follow.

Who does what, so you know whose name is on the email and who is answerable for each step.

  • Sales

Your one main contact and the project owner: the brief, the recommendation, the quote, the progress updates and the follow-up all come from the same person.

  • Purchasing

Matches a product to a supplier, confirms cost, minimum quantity and lead time, arranges samples, and watches supplier risk.

  • Our own factory

Cost, process, lead time, production and quality on the items we make ourselves.

  • Designers

Logo layout and product visuals, colour, packaging layout, and keeping a multi-product order looking like one set.

How we work with buyers

What we will say, and what we will not.

Most supplier pages list what they do. This one also lists what this company does not do, because those are the things that cost a buyer time.

What you can expect

  • Where a product comes from: our own production where it is ours, a supplier we work with where it is not.
  • A date confirmed before it is promised. If the work cannot be done in the time you need, we say so before you commit to it.
  • One quote for the whole list, with products, quantities, unit costs and the total laid out so it can go through your own approval.
  • Production-led design support: logo layout, size changes, product visuals, Pantone confirmation, print and embroidery files, and packaging.
  • Approval before bulk production, and the goods checked over before they are packed.

What we will not do

  • We do not claim that every product we sell comes out of our own factory, because it does not.
  • We do not add items to a list to make an order look bigger than the project needs.
  • We do not set out three options for a specification you have already fixed.
  • We do not promise a delivery date that has not been checked.
  • We do not take on full brand identity programmes or original creative work away from production: our design work exists to make a product makeable.

Bring us the part you already know.

An occasion, a headcount and a date is enough to start. Send that with a logo file if you have one, and we will come back with products, quantities, and what it would take to make them.
