About these terms

This website is run by Guangzhou Lovecolour Promo Gift Co., Ltd., 5th Floor, No. 2 Siheng Road, Hebei Datian, Hebian Helong Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Using the site means accepting the terms on this page.

They cover the website. An actual order is governed by the quotation we send and the order confirmation that answers it, and where the two differ, the order documents are the ones that apply.

What this site says about products

The product pages describe a range and the ways an item can be customised. They are written to help a buyer understand what is possible, not to fix a specification.

• Size, material, colour, decoration method, packing and quantity are settled per item in the quotation, because they change with the product and with the order.
• Photographs and illustrations show the kind of product and how it is used; the finish of a delivered item is the one confirmed for that order.
• Where a product detail has not been verified, the field is left empty rather than filled with an estimate. An empty field is a question to ask us, and we answer it per product.

The categories, solutions and guides are the site’s own organisation of the range: Products for what can be made or sourced, Solutions for choosing by occasion, and Custom Services for how a job is carried out.

Enquiries, quotations and orders

• A form sent through this website is an enquiry. It is not an order and it commits neither side.
• A quotation answers it with a specification, a quantity, a price, a lead time, freight terms and how long the quotation holds. The order confirmation answers the quotation.
• An order exists once we have confirmed it in writing, from the details both sides have agreed. Nothing on this website is an offer, and no order is accepted by silence.

Your artwork and your logo

• Artwork, logos and brand material you send stay yours. We claim no ownership of them.
• By sending artwork you confirm that you are entitled to use it and to have it applied to the goods.
• You allow us to use it for that order: the quotation, the artwork layout, the sample, production, packing and delivery, including passing it to the supplier or factory that makes or decorates the goods for it.
• We do not publish your artwork, your logo or your name as a customer without your agreement.

Artwork can be attached to the enquiry or sent by email; either way, what is confirmed before production starts is a layout prepared for the method the item is actually made by, which is a drawing rather than a finished product.

Samples, colour and approval

• A new product, a strict colour match, an unusual material or structure, a complex logo, custom packaging or a high-value order points to a physical sample; a mature product or a simple logo can be handled with an electronic proof.
• The charge and the freight for a sample depend on the product and on the customisation, and they are stated before the sample is made.
• Where colour is critical, a Pantone reference is the confirmation basis, and it is confirmed before bulk production runs.
• Between one material and another, and between one batch and the next, a small variation in shade, texture and finish is normal in this kind of production; the work is matched to the reference that was confirmed.
• Production begins from the written confirmation, not from a verbal go-ahead: specification, material, size, quantity, colour, artwork, process, packing, price, freight terms, lead time and payment terms are what it covers.

The website itself

• Pages, categories and product lines change as the range changes, and a page may be withdrawn or replaced.
• The site is offered as it is: we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, or that every page is free of errors at every moment.
• Links to other websites are there because they may be useful. What those sites say, do and store is theirs rather than ours.

Where our responsibility sits

We are responsible for an order as the quotation and the order confirmation describe it, and we answer for the goods to the standard confirmed for them.

A decision taken from the general information on this website, without the specification being confirmed for the item in question, is not something we can answer for. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, what the order documents say is the limit of what we owe.

Which law applies

The website is run from China, and these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Where something goes wrong, the first step is to put it to us directly, with the facts, and we work on it from there.

Changes to these terms

These terms are updated when the way the site works changes. The version published here is the one that applies to the use of the website, and it does not rewrite the terms of an order already confirmed.
