الشركة

Built on our own production capacity and on a purchasing team that integrates the wider supply chain, so a single-item order and a whole multi-product project are both delivered by one company.

This is not a factory that only makes its own lines and not a trading office that only buys: production and purchasing are two sides of the same business, and they are quoted on the same order.

Guangzhou Lovecolour Promo Gift Co., Ltd.

Own production and buying

Made by us, and bought for you.

Which side supplies an item is decided by the item. Both are run as one order and one plan.

Made by us

Our own production, or production we are closely involved in. This is where the company started, and it is still the base of the range.

  • Lanyards of all kinds, and webbing
  • Printed webbing items
  • Some neoprene items and mouse pads
  • Embroidered patches and badge products
  • PVC labels and soft PVC items
  • Embroidered and PVC keychains, and other embroidery work

Sourced for you

Bought year round by the purchasing team, and grouped here the way the range is grouped rather than listed product by product.

  • Apparel: T-shirts, polos, hoodies and other event clothing
  • Headwear: baseball, trucker, bucket and woven hats
  • Bags: totes, backpacks, drawstring bags and laptop bags
  • Drinkware: bottles, tumblers, mugs and insulated drinkware
  • Outdoor and event: umbrellas, golf umbrellas, beach towels and towels
  • Office and tech: notebooks, pens, USB drives, power banks and badge holders
  • Other merchandise: stickers, wristbands, luggage tags and project-specific products

We do not claim that every category we sell comes out of our own factory, because it does not. What both sides share is the order: one company from the artwork through to the delivery, with the factory and the outside suppliers managed inside it.

What the business runs on

The orders we actually take.

Three shapes of work, and the two that make up most of the order book.

  • Single-item orders

One product, one quantity, ordered on its own: 500 cups, 1,000 caps or 3,000 lanyards. A single-item order remains an important part of the business in its own right.

  • Multi-product projects

Several products for one occasion, quoted and delivered as one order. This, together with integrated supply chain purchasing, is closer to the main order structure here than a single standard item.

  • What a project holds

Event apparel, lanyards, badges, caps, bags, drinkware, notebooks, gifts and packaging: the list follows the occasion and the headcount rather than one catalogue page.

How a project starts

Two ways a project reaches us.

Either you already know what you need, or you know the occasion and the numbers. Both are workable, and they are handled differently.

  1. You send the list

Quantities for each product, the date you need the goods, and your logo requirements. We buy or make against that list, quote it, sample it, produce it and deliver it.

  2. You send the occasion

A school event, a staff activity, a sports event, a trade show or a corporate gift programme: sometimes all we are given is the occasion, the headcount, the budget, the date it has to be there and a rough direction. Planning the product mix is then our part of the work.

For an open brief we normally put forward one lead proposal with one or two alternatives behind it — an economy, a recommended and an upgraded version. Where your specification is fixed, we quote that specification and add no options to it.

Who we work with

The buyers this company suits.

Project-driven buyers who need several products customised and are counting on one supplier to keep them together.

The buyers below are the ones this company is set up to serve: they arrive with a project that has a date on it, and they want several items handled as one list.

  • Event, exhibition, conference, festival and sports event organisers
  • Corporate procurement, marketing and HR teams running staff or client programmes
  • Schools, universities and other education bodies
  • Brands and the agencies running brand activation work
  • Promotional gift companies and distributors
  • Overseas trading companies and Amazon or e-commerce sellers
  • Hotels, clubs and associations

The buying side

How the supply chain is organised.

The purchasing team's own working rules, in the order it applies them.

  • Verified suppliers first

A long-term, already verified supplier is used before a new one is developed. Routine demand is covered by the supply chain the team already works with; a special product, a new product or an unusual requirement is where a supplier has to be found or developed for the job.

  • More than one supplier on what sells

For products that sell regularly, at least two established suppliers are kept as a rule, and two to three for the key items, so peak-season capacity, a price change, an urgent order, quality drift or an unusual process does not stop the work.

  • A new supplier is checked before a real order

A low price alone is not a reason to use a new supplier on an important order. Product capability, samples, quality, current price, MOQ, lead time, response speed and willingness to cooperate are confirmed first.

  • What the purchasing team ranks first

Quality, then service, then lead time, then stability, then price, then customisation and cooperation. The lowest price is not the only standard a supplier is chosen on.
