What this website does with the information you send it: what is collected, why, who else sees it, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible for it
This website is run by Guangzhou Lovecolour Promo Gift Co., Ltd., 5th Floor, No. 2 Siheng Road, Hebei Datian, Hebian Helong Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. That company is the one that answers for the information described on this page.

What we collect
There is no account and no sign-up on this site, so the information we hold is the information you send us and what the website records while it answers a request.
- What you type into a form. The quote request and the contact form ask for your name, your company, a business email address, your country, the date you need the goods by, the products and quantities you have in mind, and a message. Name, company and business email are the three the form is not sent without; the rest may be left empty.
- What you attach. The form takes up to three files — a logo, a specification sheet, a picture of the item — which are stored on this site under a name we generate, together with the request they arrived with. Attaching a file is optional: an enquiry with none is answered the same way, and we will ask by email for whatever is missing.
- What the form carries with it. A submission also records which page it was sent from and the time it was sent, so an enquiry can be filed and answered in context, together with a one-time security token that lets our server recognise a genuine submission of the form it served.
- What the server records. Our web server keeps ordinary request records — the address a request came from, the time, the page asked for and the browser identification — which is what a website keeps in order to run and to notice abuse.
No file is required, and none is kept longer than the enquiry it belongs to. If you would rather not attach your artwork now, send the request without it and send the file by email after we reply — what arrives that way is treated exactly like a submission made through the website.
What this site does not collect
- No password and no account, because there is nothing to sign into on the public site.
- No card number and no bank details: nothing is paid for on this website.
- No advertising, remarketing or visitor profile. This site runs no advertising pixel and no analytics script, so nothing here follows you onto other websites.
One thing is loaded from another company: the typefaces come from Google Fonts, which your browser asks Google for directly. That is a request to Google rather than information given to us, and the Cookie Policy sets out what it means.
Why we use it
For one purpose: answering the enquiry you sent, and carrying out what follows from it.
- Reading your message and answering it, including asking for anything that is missing before we can quote.
- Preparing a quotation — specification, quantity, materials, decoration, packaging, lead time and freight.
- Arranging a sample, production, checking, packing and delivery once an order exists.
- Keeping a record of what was agreed, so a later question can be answered from the facts rather than from memory.
- Keeping the site working and free of automated abuse; the form’s security token and its hidden honeypot field exist for that and nothing else.
We do not use your details to send you marketing you did not ask for, and a request to stop is answered by stopping.
Who else sees it
- The providers that run this site and its mail. The company that hosts the website and the service that carries our email process enquiries on our behalf and on our instructions.
- The partners a project actually needs. Where an order is placed with a supplier, or shipped through a freight partner, that partner receives what its part of the order requires — a specification, artwork for production, packing or delivery details — and nothing beyond it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
An enquiry is kept while it is live, and afterwards for as long as a business relationship with you or a record-keeping duty requires it. Server request records are kept for a limited period, for security and for running the site. When a record is no longer needed for either, it is deleted.
Your choices and your rights
Write to info@lovecolour.com.cn and ask. We answer by email, and we do not ask you to justify the request before we act on it.
- A copy of what we hold about you and your enquiry.
- Correction of anything in it that is wrong.
- Deletion, where we are not required to keep the record for a legal or accounting reason.
- An end to a particular use, or an objection to it.
Where the law that applies to you gives you more than this — a right to have your information moved elsewhere, or to complain to a supervisory authority — nothing on this page takes it away.
Where it is processed
The enquiry comes to us in China, where this company works, and the providers that host the website and carry the email may process it in other countries. Wherever it is handled, it is handled for the purpose it was sent for and for nothing else.
Changes to this page
This page is updated when what we do with information changes — a new form field, a new service provider, a different way of handling enquiries. The version published here is the one that applies.
