For buyers who arrive with an occasion, a headcount and a date rather than a part number: start from the situation your project is closest to.

Six situations, one page each. This is not a second catalogue — if you already know the product, the category pages are the shorter route. These pages work through what a project of that kind usually contains, what has to be decided, and what we need from you before quoting.

Six projects, one page each

How a project runs

From the brief to the delivery.

The same six steps sit behind one item and behind a whole project. A brief can be a finished list, or only an occasion and a headcount.

  1. Brief

The occasion, the headcount, the date it has to be there and whatever you already know about the products.

  2. Product recommendation

A shortlist built around the situation, with one lead proposal and one or two alternatives while the brief is still open.

  3. Artwork & sample

Logo, colour and packaging decisions carried across every item in the project, sampled before production where the item or the finish needs it.

  4. Production & coordination

Each item made or sourced, then brought together: suppliers, progress and the schedule managed as one project.

  5. Quality check

The goods checked, quantities verified, and the project packed under one packaging plan.

  6. Delivery planning

Packing, documents and shipping arranged so the whole project reaches the delivery address as one order.

Where the items come from

Two sources, one order.

Part of the range is produced by the company's own production or with production it is closely involved in. The rest is bought through a supplier chain it works with year round.

Made in our own production

The lines this company produces itself, or production it is closely involved in. This side is where the business started, and it is still the base of the range.

  • Lanyards of every kind, and the webbing they are made from, including printed webbing
  • Some neoprene items, and mouse pads and related products
  • Embroidered patches and badge products
  • PVC labels and soft PVC items
  • Embroidered and PVC keychains, and other embroidery work

Bought through our supplier chain

Bought year round by the purchasing team and brought into the same project, grouped here the way the range is grouped rather than listed product by product.

  • Apparel and headwear: T-shirts, polos, hoodies, baseball and trucker caps, bucket and woven hats
  • Bags: totes, backpacks, drawstring bags and laptop bags
  • Drinkware: bottles, mugs, insulated drinkware and other custom drinkware
  • Outdoor and event goods: umbrellas, golf umbrellas, towels, beach towels and sports items
  • Office and tech: notebooks, pens, USB drives, power banks, badge and passport holders, placemats
  • Other merchandise: stickers, silicone wristbands, luggage tags and items developed for one project

Which side an item comes from is decided by the item. Not every category we sell comes out of our own factory, and we do not claim that it does: what both sides share is the order, quoted, produced and delivered as one project from one company, with the factory and the outside suppliers managed inside it.

Tell us the occasion and the date.

If you already have the products and quantities, send the list and we will quote it as it stands. If all you have is the occasion, the headcount, the budget and the in-hands date, that is enough for us to put a proposal together — one lead proposal with one or two alternatives behind it.
