School & Sports Merchandise

For schools, colleges, universities and education institutions, and for sports event organisers — marathons, tournaments, running clubs and fitness events — buying team, participant and staff items for a date that cannot move.

A school or sports order is usually a set rather than one product: team and participant apparel, caps, bags and drawstring bags, drinkware, towels, identification for staff and volunteers, commemorative pieces and the packaging that holds it together. Most of these buyers are not product buyers, so the set gets planned with us rather than picked off a shelf.

What the project has to get right

Four pressures behind a school or sports order.

These orders are judged on one day in front of a whole school, a club or a field of runners, and the date is chosen by a calendar rather than by the order.

  • The date does not move

The start of a school year, a graduation, a sports day or a race day is fixed. A late delivery does more than arrive late: the item loses its value, the event is affected, and the pressure lands on the school or the organising team rather than on a supplier.

  • The buyer may not be a product buyer

A teacher, a coach, a club secretary or a parent volunteer is often doing this beside another job. They know the headcount, the budget and the date, and what they want back is product suggestions, budget options and different grades to choose between rather than a catalogue to work through.

  • Several roles, several fits

One order usually carries athletes, staff, volunteers, VIPs and sponsors, and each group needs something different. Apparel adds men's and women's fits, a full size run and a different quantity behind every size.

  • Logos, sponsors and one standard

A school crest, a club badge and several sponsor logos can all sit on the same set, at several positions, and each one has to be confirmed precisely before production. Quality, Pantone, logo effect and packaging then have to match across the whole order.

Combinations

Three shapes a school or sports set can take.

Each one illustrates what a set can contain, not a package we sell. Every line is settled by the brief, the quantities and the date.

  • Example configuration

    Essential

The item each participant is given, with the identification that goes with it.

    • Sports or school T-shirt
    • Silicone wristband
    • Printed lanyard, with a badge or ID card holder for staff and volunteers
  • Example configuration

    Recommended

The participant set widened, so the school, club or event mark lands on more than the shirt.

    • Everything in Essential
    • Cap
    • Drawstring bag or backpack
    • Bottle or insulated drinkware
    • Embroidered patch
  • Example configuration

    Upgrade

The full set for a season, a school year or a race weekend, with the commemorative pieces and the presentation included.

    • Everything in Recommended
    • Hoodie or team outerwear
    • Towel or beach towel
    • Embroidered or PVC keychain, and medal accessories
    • Notebook or small gift item
    • Packaging, gift box and project combination

No price appears beside these lines, because a combination example is not a quote: the price follows the specification. On volume, many products can be made at a lower MOQ, and the real minimum follows the product, the process and the supplier rather than one figure we could print on a page. On timing, a rush order is taken only after we have confirmed that production is feasible, that the lead time holds and that the shipping can meet your date — if it cannot, we say so rather than promise. Sizes belong in the same place as price: the fit and the quantity behind each size are confirmed with the item.

Swaps

What can be swapped, item by item.

A school or sports list rarely survives first contact with the calendar, the headcount or the size run. These are the decisions that can move without the order being rebuilt.

  • The item itself

Any one line can be replaced by another without the rest of the list being reworked: a cap for a wristband, a patch for a keychain, a towel for a bottle. The range a swap is chosen from is the one these buyers already order: team and event apparel, caps, bags and drawstring bags, drinkware, towels and sports items, with the lanyards, patches, labels and keychains coming from our own production.

  • The fit and the size run

On apparel, men's and women's fits, the size run and the quantity behind each size are settled item by item. That is what makes an order carrying athletes, staff and volunteers in different sizes workable rather than a single size count that has to be guessed at.

  • The quantity on each line

Quantity is confirmed product by product — and per size where the item has sizes — before anything is quoted, which is what keeps a late headcount change manageable rather than a rework of the whole order.

  • Colour, and the Pantone that defines it

Colour and Pantone are part of the customisation range, so a school colour or a club colour is decided as a decision of its own instead of being inherited from whichever item was confirmed first.

  • The logo process, and the sponsor logos

Print, embroidery or another logo process is chosen per item and then held to one look across the set. Where a crest, a club badge and several sponsor logos sit on the same order, every logo and every position is confirmed before production rather than assumed.

  • Packaging and the combination

Packaging, a gift box and the project combination sit inside the customisation range, so presentation is one decision for the order, and the quantities are counted against the list as the items are brought together.

  • Adding to the list

One item is usually the entry point rather than the end of it. If a school year, a sports day, a season or a whole event stands behind the first order, the rest of the list is normally still to be decided, and we will ask rather than assume.

Logo, colour and packaging

One crest, one Pantone, one packaging style.

On a set that is worn and carried in public, a colour or logo that drifts between items is the first thing anyone notices.

A school or sports set is produced from one artwork approval. The crest or club badge is laid out for each item and each item's own process, the sponsor logos are placed and confirmed position by position, one Pantone is agreed and carried across the whole order, and the packaging is decided once for the set — whether it is handed to participants, distributed to year groups or packed for a team.

  • One logo treatment, laid out for each item and each process
  • Every sponsor logo checked for size, position and clear space before production
  • One Pantone, confirmed on the item and applied across the set
  • One packaging style for the order, gift box and combination included
  • One visual check across the products before they are packed together

What we offer here is production design support, not a brand agency: logo layout, size adjustment, product mockups, Pantone confirmation, print and embroidery file adjustment, packaging layout and visual consistency across a set, plus landing a crest, badge or concept you already have. A full brand identity programme and original creative work are not part of the service as it stands.

What we need from you

Six facts, and we can quote.

A one-line enquiry carrying these six facts is enough to start. The list can still be rough, the headcount can still be moving and the sizes can still be provisional.

Confirmed before a quote

These are the six pieces of information the quote is built on. Anything missing is a question we come back with, not something we guess at — and the occasion, the headcount, the budget and the date are a perfectly good way to start.

  • The product, or the products, item by item
  • The quantity for each item, and the quantity behind each size where the item has sizes
  • The customisation: logo, colour, Pantone, size, material, process and packaging
  • What the set is for: the school, club, season or sports event behind it
  • The date the goods have to be there
  • The delivery country or region

What customisation covers

Customisation is the third of those facts, and it is wider than a logo on the shirt. Each of these can be part of a school or sports project, and each one is confirmed with the item it belongs to.

  • Logo
  • Colour
  • Pantone
  • Size
  • Material
  • Process
  • Packaging

No price, MOQ, lead time or certification appears on this page, because none of them can be stated for a set that has not been specified yet. Send the six facts, or send the occasion, the headcount and the date and let us ask the rest.

How the project runs

From brief to one consolidated delivery.

The same six steps as every other project, with one sales owner on the order from the first enquiry to the after-sales contact.

  1. Brief

The items, the quantity behind each one, the customisation, what the set is for, the date it has to be there and the delivery country. A school, a club or an event team can send the headcount, the budget and the date instead and let us ask the rest.

  2. Product recommendation

The items, the logo process for each one and the presentation, recommended as one set, with one main proposal and an alternative or two while the list is still open.

  3. Artwork & sample

Logo layout, size adjustment, mockups, the Pantone confirmed against the item and the print or embroidery files adjusted, with a sample where the product or the colour needs one.

  4. Production & coordination

The items we make ourselves run on our own lines and the rest are bought through the supply chain we work with, on one production schedule and one follow-up, with the date in view throughout.

  5. Quality check

The goods are checked before packing, the quantities are counted against the list — size by size on apparel — and the pieces of the project are consolidated.

  6. Delivery planning

Uniform packaging, one consolidated shipment and the documents prepared for the delivery country, so the order reaches the school, the club or the event as one delivery.

You are not passed between the factory, purchasing and design: the client signs, pays and talks to one company, and the items are managed inside it.

Questions

What schools, clubs and event teams ask before ordering.

Short answers, kept to what we can actually stand behind on a set that has not been specified yet.

  • Our date is a school start, a graduation or a race day. Can you hold to it?

The date is the first thing we check, not the last. An order is taken only after we have confirmed that production is feasible, that the lead time holds and that the shipping can meet your date; from there we confirm the date up front, keep you updated on progress and raise a risk as soon as we see one. If your date cannot be met, we say so rather than take the order on a promise.

  • We need one T-shirt in a size run. How does that work?

Size is part of the customisation, so the fit, the sizes you need and the quantity behind each size are confirmed with the item rather than compressed into a single number. That is what makes an order carrying athletes, staff and volunteers in different sizes workable.

  • Can the school crest and our sponsor logos go on the same set?

Yes. Several logos at several positions is normal on a school or sports order, and each logo and each position is confirmed precisely before production rather than assumed. Logo layout, size adjustment, product mockups, Pantone confirmation and print or embroidery file adjustment are the production design work we do on them.

  • We are a school or a club, not a procurement department. Can you suggest what to order?

That is usually how a project starts. Give us the headcount, the budget and the date, or the occasion and the audience, and we come back with the items and the combination as one main proposal with an alternative or two — which is where the economic, recommended and upgrade shapes on this page come from. You do not have to arrive with a product list.

  • We only need a small quantity, for one club or one year group.

Many products can be made at a lower MOQ, and the real minimum follows the product, the process and the supplier rather than a figure we would print here. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible on that item.

  • We buy the same items again next year. Does that change anything?

Schools and institutions often order more than once in a year, and a club or a sports event usually comes back the following season, so repeat purchasing is normal and a project can be planned across a year rather than around one delivery. What it does not change is how an order is confirmed: each one is settled on its own list, quantities, customisation, project background, in-hands date and delivery country.

More on the buying side

Send the list, or just the date and the headcount.

Tell us the items and the quantities you need, or tell us the occasion, the headcount and the date and leave the list to us. Either way you get one proposal for the whole set, one contact for it, and a straight answer on whether your date can be met.
